(we need to place a t-shirt order so need everyone’s forms by then)
Payment Deadline: Saturday, Sep 4, 2021
(This allows riders to hand deliver payment to Karen – who will be at Spurlane)
Entries are only considered “received” when PAID IN FULL.

Entry Fees
- Open -$100.00 per team
- Seven - $80.00 per team
- Four – $60.00 per team
- Youth - $15.00 per team (16 years of age and under)
An Admin Fee of $30 is to be paid by each rider along with your entry submission. ($15 for youth class only.)

Important Details
- There will be a riders meeting on Saturday morning prior to start.
- All riders are asked to sign an insurance form at that time.
- The Open Class will start promptly at 8AM!
- The youth class will run TWICE on Sunday.
- There will be no herd holders
- Second go will be for Clean runs, up to a maximum of 30 runs per class, followed by the top ten in each class.
- No Zero (0) runs will count; you must sort at least one cow.
- NO HORSES ARE TO BE TIED IN THE ARENA OR THE OUTDOOR RING.

Run Limits
Open – 6 runs (no draw runs allowed)
Seven – 5 + optional draw
Four – 5+ optional draw
Time Limit – 60 seconds
Prizes
- Open – 50% CASH-BACK
- Seven – 50% CASH-BACK.
- Four – 50% CASH-BACK
- Youth - Prizes and 50% CASH-BACK
Additional Prizes for:
- Highest placed team consisting of 2 riders rated 1
- Fastest Time of the show on 10 head
Need someplace to keep your horse?
Limited panels are available this year and this means fewer pens for rent, so book early! You are welcome to put your own pens up in the indoor arena or outside Cost for renting a pen: $60 each (non-refundable) and that fee must be included with your entry fee. These pens are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
What about the food?
Breakfast and Lunch – As always, “Eddie’s Eats” will be here both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday Evening Pot Luck –If everyone could please bring a large dish to share, that would be great! 2018 was great! So many main course dishes, thank you!
